The Guardian
As an ESTJ, your primary mode of living is focused externally, where you deal with things rationally and logically. Your secondary mode is internal, where you take things in via your five senses in a literal, concrete fashion.
ESTJs live in a world of facts and concrete needs. They live in the present, with their eye constantly scanning their personal environment to make sure that everything is running smoothly and systematically. They honor traditions and laws, and have a clear set of standards and beliefs. They expect the same of others, and have no patience or understanding of individuals who do not value these systems. They value competence and efficiency, and like to see quick results for their efforts.
ESTJs are take-charge people. They have such a clear vision of the way that things should be, that they naturally step into leadership roles. They are self-confident and aggressive. They are extremely talented at devising systems and plans for action, and at being able to see what steps need to be taken to complete a specific task. They can sometimes be very demanding and critical, because they have such strongly held beliefs, and are likely to express themselves without reserve if they feel someone isn't meeting their standards. But at least their expressions can be taken at face-value, because the ESTJ is extremely straight-forward and honest.
The ESTJ is usually a model citizen, and pillar of the community. He or she takes their commitments seriously, and follows their own standards of "good citizenship" to the letter. ESTJ enjoys interacting with people, and likes to have fun. ESTJs can be very boisterous and fun at social events, especially activities which are focused on the family, community, or work. The ESTJ needs to watch out for the tendency to be too rigid, and to become overly detail-oriented. Since they put a lot of weight in their own beliefs, it's important that they remember to value other people's input and opinions. If they neglect their Feeling side, they may have a problem with fulfilling other's needs for intimacy, and may unknowingly hurt people's feelings by applying logic and reason to situations which demand more emotional sensitivity.
When bogged down by stress, an ESTJ often feels isolated from others. They feel as if they are misunderstood and undervalued, and that their efforts are taken for granted. Although normally the ESTJ is very verbal and doesn't have any problem expressing themself, when under stress they have a hard time putting their feelings into words and communicating them to others. ESTJs value security and social order above all else, and feel obligated to do all that they can to enhance and promote these goals. They will mow the lawn, vote, join the PTA, attend home owners association meetings, and generally do anything that they can to promote personal and social security.
The ESTJ puts forth a lot of effort in almost everything that they do. They will do everything that they think should be done in their job, marriage, and community with a good amount of energy. He or she is conscientious, practical, realistic, and dependable. While the ESTJ will dutifully do everything that is important to work towards a particular cause or goal, they might not naturally see or value the importance of goals which are outside of their practical scope. However, if the ESTJ is able to see the relevance of such goals to practical concerns, you can bet that they'll put every effort into understanding them and incorporating them into their quest for clarity and security.

anyway.. i think life shldnt be measured by ur past.. ur past can only b a testimonial of wat u could do.. wat u gonna do in the future really lays in ur hand.. u can have a great history of achievements.. but if u screw up in the future.. u are screwed.. but if u are screwed in the past.. and u did something great in the future.. u are good! so.. dun look too much to ur past achievements.. work hard for the future!

im back from the freshman teamwork building camp.. it was FUN! i totally enjoyed myself although it was really freaking very and super tiring~~ hahaha! but its so sad that we din bring camera along!
i would like to thank all who made it possible! especially my faci georgia as well as group 13! which include roy,jayraj, george, ilona, krista, evelyn, jean and cheryl! it was totally fun with u lot.. the team spirit was awesome.. although there were times whereby we din managed to clear some stations.. but we really gave our all and never once gave up! the team was truly one of the best i had work with! THUMBS UP!
and thanks to georgia for being such a great faci.. although u talk like a machine gun but i actually like it! hahaha! especially during debrief cos those were really valuable feedbacks!
aww.. its so wonderful la! hahaha! and more events are coming up~ starringSMU and the SIS camp "Metamorphosis" ! arghz! cant wait~ its so good to be involve in all those events la.. just wanna have fun! hahaha! but i do feel really old in there.. especially in front of the ladies! hahahaha! all of them are like 4 yrs younger than me la.. so sad! hahaha!

sometimes, i have the intention to pack the bag and leave this place for a few years and remain uncontactable.. after that few year, perharps i would come back afresh! haha! i realised it could actually happen if i were to work overseas.. and i actually do have that intention.. but, we will see how it goes.. and it might just happen~ :)

it has been around 2 yrs since i went for a night jog in the neighbourhood.. and i did it today~ i was so lucky i could still make my way home despite not running for a couple of months due to my injured ankle..
come to think of that, i din really exert too much effort from my ankle since that incident.. except for a couple of weeks ago when i went for a yoga trial~ heh! me, in yoga, just imagine~~ my ankle hurts throughout the session.. but i thought yoga was fun! haha~ i can do it ok.. if i practise more.. but no money la..
ok, back to my jog.. had a good nice jog, ankle feels uncomfortable but doesnt hurt.. gosh~ it's rusty.. the only thing i hate abt jogging at night is the amount of rats u will spot! haha! its like they are racing u!
so as usual, during the run, i stared to the sky trying to spot stars.. haha! its rather cloudy and sg is really getting brighter! the government shld be happy abt it since they wanna sg to be 24hrs hippy hoppy.. ok.. but i still managed to spot few of them.. look at the stars, i was panting like hell but still i din forget to make a wish.. now, thats turning real gay! hahahaha!
im thinking of getting the black macbook as the new school life approaches.. the reason why im getting it is because i will be able to run MAC OS as well as Windows XP on it.. thumbs up for the Intel Core Duo Processor! but macbook really need a lot of attention on maintenance.. like buying protective for this and that la.. thats the pride of having a macbook! hah~
and i think i also had a decision on my cca choices.. i think i will express interest in joining the Student Association so i could network, Tri Touch ConneXion so i could do something meaningful, Choir so i could sing, Sailing so i could try the keelboat.. so many to choose from! how!!??
quarrelled with my dad like 36 hours ago, and have not speak to him since.. i just hope things could get better because i seriously dislike all this cold war in the family.. but somethings he said really hurt me alot.. im not trying to be gay or watever.. i mean, this is me, and how i feel.. guys can be hurt too~ hah.. i really hope he din mean wat he said..
anyway, all my friends starting school in SIM tml, i hope for the best for u lot! do ur best~ but dun forget to take a break and have some fun from time to time! keep smiling and have a positive start to student life yet again!
it has been quite a long time since i last catch a movie with my brother.. well, i finally managed to do it on friday..
i like taking a little stroll home after a movie.. most of the time, i like to do it alone.. yeah.. lke watch a movie alone and then take a walk back home.. hah.. its just me.. but i enjoyed the company of my brother on friday.. it was fun catching up with him.. as u know sometimes we just moved on with our life.. and we tend to forget those beside us.. so having a little catch up is good.. so we know wats going on..
well, i really like the cool breeze and silence when taking night stroll.. whether im accompanied by someone or by the mp3.. it really doesnt matter.. i remembered i used to take a stroll at night whenever im feeling down or out.. it was good, thinking and walking at the same time.. it allows me to relax my mind and enjoy watever the neighbourhood have got to offer.. hah
anyway, if u are feeling vexed, sad unhappy, or watever, maybe a night stroll could do magic.. try it~ :)
